is much sought after as a sideman here in the US as well as in Europe. Tim has received acclaim not only for his work in Latin jazz but also as a defining contributor to the ultra-contemporary jazz genre M-BASE. His work with the great saxophonist Gary Thomas and Germany's Peter Herborn in this capacity has thrust him into the spotlight, performing throughout the US, Europe and Japan. Tim has recorded with greats like Pat Metheny and Jack DeJohnette. He holds a Masters Degree from the Peabody Conservatory of Music and today is the chairman of Jazz Studies at Towson University and an instructor at the Peabody Conservatory.
